Participants should bring their own portfolio (digital or printed), a laptop, an USB key and notepad.
For a faster feedback, one should bring digital photographic equipment.

Travel, Accommodation, Food

Participants are expected to make their own arrangements regarding travel and accommodation; a list of suitable accommodation options will be provided to successful candidates.

To make the most out of this experience, (not mandatory) lunches will take place with the entire group in a snack bar near the event’s premises.

Changing and cancellation

The workshops are held by professional photographers who may have to deal with an unexpected commitment. Therefore the events are subject to changes or cancellation, even last-minute.

In this case, the participants will be immediately notified. Should the workshop be cancelled, the participant will have the possibility to either attend another workshop (if available) or obtain a refund of the amount paid (after deduction of the administrative costs of CHF 50.-. This amount will be discounted if the participant decides to enroll in a future edition of LuganoPhotoDays.

The organisers and photographers disclaim any liability for the cancellation of travel and / or accommodation. It is recommended that participants have travel insurance and / or buy refundable tickets.
